[教務處]本校學生「防疫公假」之課程相關注意事項Matters Needing Attention for Students’ (Epidemic Prevention) Official Leave

一、學期間學生請「防疫公假」無法入班上課,請與任課教師討論彈性修課或混成上課方式。

二、採混成上課方式之任課教師,應將連結方式公告於雲端學園、或以 e-mail或其他與學生互動軟體方式通知。

三、期中、期末考試期間,若學生申請「防疫公假」,非由課務組安排之共同考試時間之科目,任課教師須自行與同學協商補考方式與時間,由課務組安排之考試科目,將由課務組通知學生補考,補考成績均不打折。

1.During the semester, if students are unable to attend classes due to self-initiated epidemic prevention, please discuss with the instructors alternative ways of taking classes.

2.Instructors should share the link to online course and announce it on Cloud e-Learning or use email/ other social media applications to inform students.

3.If students apply for official leave due to epidemic prevention during the midterm and final exam weeks, the instructors need to discuss with the students and provide a make-up exam. However, if the exams are scheduled by the Curriculum Section, the make-up exams will be administered by the Curriculum Section. The scores of the make-up exams will not be deducted.
