本學期期初教學意見調查，開放時間自9月11日至9月29日止，歡迎同學上網填寫。線上教學意見調查操作方式，請參考附件操作手冊。

本調查採不計名方式辦理，請同學以誠實與負責的態度填答，切勿使用侮辱、毀謗或人身攻擊等文字，因而觸法。

請同學務必於上課前再次確認上課教室，避免跑錯教室影響教學活動之進行。

Exchange of Teaching Views for the beginning of the term for the 1st Semester of the 2023 Academic Year will be available on September 11 to 12:00 pm on September 29, 2023.  Please see the attached manual for more details.

This questionnaire is conducted in an anonymous manner. Students need to be honest with and responsible for their own responses. Any insulting defamation words and personal attacks might violate the law.
