為提供授課教師檢視全學期教學成效之參考，本學期「期末教學意見調查」開放時間自113年6月2日(日)起至113年6月26日(三)晚上23:59止，請同學上網填寫問卷。線上教學意見調查填寫方式，請參考下列操作手冊。

By completing the survey, you will have the priority of online check on your performance results reports. Please seize the opportunity and thank you for your cooperation.

This questionnaire is conducted in an anonymous manner. The teacher can only see the average score and written comments of the course, and will not be able to see the personal data. Please feel free to answer. Students need to be honest with and responsible for their own responses. Any insulting defamation words and personal attacks might violate the law.
