為提供授課教師檢視全學期教學成效之參考，本學期「期末教學意見調查」開放時間如下：

(1)    應屆畢業生：114年5月12日(一)起至114年5月30日(五)晚上12點止

(2)    非應屆畢業生：114年5月26日(一)起至114年6月20日(五)晚上12點止

線上教學意見調查填寫方式，請參考附件操作手冊。

完成「期末教學意見調查」者，將可優先查詢成績。教務處亦將從完整填答者中隨機抽出數位學生，贈送精美小禮。請把握機會，感謝您的配合。

得獎名單公告時間如下：

(1)    應屆畢業生得獎名單：114年6月6日

(2)    非應屆畢業生得獎名單：114年6月27日

本調查採不計名方式辦理，任課教師僅能看到該課程之平均分數及文字意見，不會看到個人資料，請同學安心作答。請同學以誠實與負責的態度填答，切勿使用侮辱、毀謗或人身攻擊等文字，因而觸法。

Dear students,

To assist instructors in reviewing their teaching effectiveness for the entire semester, the End-of-Semester Teaching Feedback Survey will be open during the following periods:

♦For Graduating Students: From May 12, 2025, to May 30, 2025, at midnight.

♦For Non-Graduating Students: From May 26, 2025, to June 20, 2025, at midnight.

Please refer to the attached user guide for instructions on how to complete the Online Teaching Feedback Survey.

Students who complete the teaching Feedback Survey will be granted priority access to view the course grade. In addition, the Office of Academic Affairs will randomly select several students who fully complete the survey to receive special gifts as a token of appreciation. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity, and thank you for your cooperation.

The announcement schedule for the list of prize recipients is as follows:

1.     For graduating students: June 6, 2025

2.     For non-graduating students: June 27, 2025

This survey was conducted anonymously. Instructors will only have access to the average score and written comments for their courses and will not see any personal information. Please feel free to answer honestly and responsibly. Students need to be honest with and responsible for their responses. Any insulting, defamatory, or offensive language that may violate legal regulations.
