請踴躍填寫期末教學意見調查(114/12/15-115/1/9)Final Teaching Evaluation

為提供授課教師檢視全學期教學成效之參考，本學期「期末教學意見調查」開放時間自114年12月15日(一)起至115年1月9日(五)晚上23:59止，請同學上網填寫問卷。線上教學意見調查填寫方式，請參考附件操作手冊。

完成「期末教學意見調查」者，將可優先查詢成績。教務處亦將從完整填答者中隨機抽出20學生，贈送精美小禮。請把握機會，感謝您的配合。得獎名單將於115年1月19日公告於教務處課務組網頁。

本調查採不計名方式辦理，任課教師僅能看到該課程之平均分數及文字意見，不會看到個人資料，請同學安心作答。請同學以誠實與負責的態度填答，切勿使用侮辱、毀謗或人身攻擊等文字，因而觸法。

Students who complete the teaching Feedback Survey will be granted priority access to view the course grade. In addition, the Office of Academic Affairs will randomly select 20 students who fully complete the survey to receive special gifts as a token of appreciation. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity, and thank you for your cooperation.

This questionnaire is conducted in an anonymous manner. The teacher can only see the average score and written comments of the course, and will not be able to see the personal data. Please feel free to answer. Students need to be honest with and responsible for their own responses. Any insulting defamation words and personal attacks might violate the law.
