本學期期中教學意見調查系統開放時間自4月7日起至4月19日晚上12點止，歡迎同學踴躍上網填寫。線上教學意見調查操作方式請參考附件。

本調查採不計名方式辦理，請同學以誠實與負責的態度填答，切勿使用侮辱、毀謗或人身攻擊等文字，因而觸法。

Midterm Teaching Evaluation for the 2^nd Semester of the 2025 Academic Year is available on April 7 to 12:00 pm on April 19, 2026.  Please see the attached manual for more details.

This questionnaire is conducted in an anonymous manner. Students need to be honest with and responsible for their own responses. Any insulting defamation words and personal attacks might violate the law.
