重要法規修訂公告The regulation amendments of the Curriculum Section

114學年度第1學期第2次教務會議通過法規修訂、廢止及新增如下：
●「文藻外語大學考試規則」第二條、第三條、第四條、第六條、第九條及第十條，重要修訂內容節錄如下：
十、任課教師排定之期中、期末考試及專科部低年級由教務處統一辦理之學期補考，均不得請事假。
學生因急病或不可抗力事故無法應試者：
(一) 期中、期末考試：應依一般課程請假程序辦理，並由本人或代理人於當日以電話、通訊軟體或電子郵件通知任課教師。於返校二日內，持醫師診斷證明或相關證明文件，依任課教師規定辦理考試請假手續，補考時間由任課教師安排，以不逾一週為原則。
(二) 專科部低年級學期補考：應於當日通知教務處，並應於二日內檢具醫師診斷證明或相關證明文件，依教務處規定完成請假手續。
●「文藻外語大學暑修辦法」第三條、第十四條及第十六條，重要修訂內容節錄如下：
第十四條 暑修課程之安排，以每週上課天數不少於二日且不多於五日為原則。同一科目於同一日之排課不得連續超過三小時；實習課程不在此限。
● 法規廢止及新訂如下：
- 廢止：「文藻外語大學日間部教師期中、期末考試週課程處理原則」
- 新訂：
上列條文修訂於114年12月23日教務會議通過、115年1月6日校長核定。
Amendments, Repeals, and Newly Established Regulations
I. “Examination Regulations of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages”
Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, and 10 of the regulations were amended.
II. “Summer Session Regulations of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages”
Articles 3, 14, and 16 of the regulations were amended.
III. “Principles Governing Class Management during Midterm and Final Examinations”
The regulations were repealed.
IV. The following regulations were newly established:
- “Principles for the Implementation of Midterm Examination Week and Final Learning Summary for Faculty of the Day Division”
- “Guidelines for Off-Campus Teaching”
- “Guidelines for Class Rescheduling, Make-up Classes, and Substitute Teaching for Faculty”
The regulation amendments mentioned above were approved at the Academic Affairs Meeting on December 23, 2025, and were ratified by the President on January 6, 2026.
